I'm not sure if a small would fit or not, I would try for an extra small if that’s an option. The bathing suit is stretchy & elastic enough.

I haven't. I ordered mine as a joke for an adult weekend at the lake. I also wore it in Vegas a few months ago and it was a hit. While it's not offensive, I just have no plans of wearing it to the local pool with my kids. But my kids find it hilarious.
